Our daughter , 12yrs old receives Social security and has taxes withheld. How do I enter it

On the Form SSA-1099 for your daughter's Social Security benefits, the Beneficiary's Social Security Number in Box 2 at the top of the form should be your daughter's Social Security number.

You cannot report your daughter's Social Security benefits on your own tax return. It's your daughter's income, even though it is paid to you. To get a refund of the tax that was withheld, your daughter will have to file her own tax return and report her Social Security benefits on her return.

If the Social Security is her only income, she does not have to pay any tax and is not even required to file a tax return. If she does not have any other income, you should stop having tax withheld from her Social Security. Unfortunately, since some tax has already been withheld for 2017, she will have to file a tax return again next year in order to get it refunded.
