If my Roth IRA contributions are included in Box 12 with code AA do I need to re-enter my Roth IRA contribution amount again under "Deductions and Credits"?

No, do not enter it under Deductions & Credits. A Roth 401(k) is not a Roth IRA. Enter the code AA amount only on TurboTax's W-2 form.
