There is no such thing as a "Medicare 1099."   If you are referring to Form SSA-1099 for Social Security, it is entered here:

Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement > Social Security.

There is no Medicare 1099. Are you referring to SSA-1099 for social security? are you saying that there is no entry  in the Medicare premiums box? If you don't yet have Medicare, there won't be an entry.
