Need some help on the self employed retirement plan section under Less common business situations. Turbo tax shows an amount entered, by I haven't entered anything???

I want to enter my solo 401k contributions for my wife and I.  We own an LLC.  But there is already an amount showing and I have not entered any dollar figures.  I have tried clearing it out a dozen times, but it still appears.  Not sure what to do at this point?

Contributions to a solo 401K appear on the Keogh, SEP and SIMPLE Contribution Worksheet in the forms of your return (this is a TurboTax worksheet and not an IRS form). 

Use the search (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner and type in "401-k," then hit Enter. Click on the jump-to link to go to the start of that topic.

Work through this section to confirm you made no entries, or to delete any entries you find.

Or you can view the form entries in TurboTax for Desktop using Forms Mode. Once you open this form, you can see where the number was entered.

Your last option is to delete the form mentioned above as follows:
