My wife received a 1099R for a 401K distribution. When I entered the information Turbotax shows my name. I did not see any place to enter her name.

My wife received a 1099R for a 401K distribution. When I entered the information Turbotax shows my name. I did not see any place to enter her name.

Just before you landed on the page to enter the Form 1099-R the previous screen asked you who the form belongs to, by Name, You or Your Spouse.

Go back and edit the information and select who the form belongs to.
