My wife is unemployed from last 1 year and she is getting free medical insurance benefit. I want to know if her benefits are not disturbed if I file tax jointly.

Married couples always have the choice to file married filing jointly or married filing separately. But we have no information about the health plan your spouse has or what the rules are for receiving the benefit--how would anyone in this user forum know that? Ask the administrator of the health plan.
