My taxes doesn’t have a “box D “ even tho I asked my job if it was printed out wrong , they say nobody has a Box D . Must not be true since you guys are asking for it

Box d on a W-2 has a control number which is not needed to file your tax return.

If the TurboTax program is requesting a number be entered in box d, then delete the W-2 and re-enter manually to clear the program error.
