My retirement account from Office of Personnel Management is the amount I get from my ex-husband's US Postal Service retirement. It isn't an RMD. What should I enter?
I received nothing from them regarding an RMD, and there is nothing on the 1099R about it.

Is it asking if it is the RMD? Just say yes. Anything you get from a pension plan meets the RMD requirement.
