my pension comes from the Nothern Trust Company in Chicago but the place to write it in won't' accept it, now what??? And this new form is horrible,

When you say "won't accept it", do you mean that you cannot type in the information from the 1099-R because TurboTax gives you an error, or do you mean that you can't download the 1099-R automatically from your pension fund?

If you are trying to download the 1099-R and it is not working, then just type the 1099-R by hand. Sometimes the download does not work because of issues beyond our control.
