If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over.

CLEAR AND START OVER

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

If you only want to start the Form 1099-R section again, you can.

Go to Wages and Income > Retirement Plans and Social Security > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (Form 1099-R) and click Start or Update.  This will bring you to a summary screen showing the Form 1099-R entries you have already made.  You can delete any or all of these by either clicking the Delete button or trash can icon beside the entry.  Then, you can re-enter the Form 1099-R.
