My husband contributed to a Roth IRA via his workplace. Does this count as a Roth IRA contribution on the Deductions and Credits page of turbotax?

We did not contribute outside of what his chose for his workplace to take out of his check.

No.  That was probably to a ROTH 401K plan. Only enter it from the W2 nowhere else.  And anyway a ROTH is not deductible for either a IRA or 401k so it might not show up on the W2.
