More about form 1099R box2a for 2024

I am doing 2024 1040 tax return using Turbo Tax Desktop. My form 1099R has both box1 and box2a filled.  I reported both amounts and plus box5 amount and box 2b without checked.   I thought Turbo tax should pick up box2a amount. I only see Turbo tax picked up the box1 amount, and on the 1040 form or the other forms I do not see any item has box2a amount or box5 amount. I am wondering if I am paying tax for box1 amount not the box2a amount. which means I am paying the extra amount tax for box5 amount.  I appreciate the help.
