Maryland 1099-R box 19

Would be great to get a straight answer on this issue. My box 19 on my 1099-R says Pick-Up Contribution and I have a large amount there. On turbo tax the box is identified as Local distribution. 

Yes or No should I enter the number in my box 19 Pick-Up Contribution in the intuit form Box 198 Local Distribution?

Enter the entire Form 1099-R exactly as received.  After entering the details of the Form 1099-R, on the page that asks "Where is This Distribution From?" you must mark the Pickup contribution selection.  This will treat the box-19 amount as a code-R subtraction from Maryland income.
