If you are Married Filing Jointly, and both receive Social Security benefits, only enter the 2017 Taxable Social Security Benefit amount for the person receiving the Lump Sum Payment.

If you enter the 'Taxable Social Security Benefits' amount from your 2017 return, the amount would be too large it it included both of your Social Security benefits.
