Louisiana TurboTax Return Does not Deduct LA Pensions using Schedule E

Louisiana TurboTax return online software does not deduct your LA Pensions from your Federal AGI using Schedule E. It indicates that it has already been deducted but in fact it does not. Also using Premium but is not in the list of products in the pick list below.
