I suggest deleting the 1099-R from TurboTax and reentering it.
It would seem that when entering this From 1099-R you have somehow marked the box to indicate that the IRA was inherited. Also, if the payer used code 4 in box 7 of the Form 1099-R, it indicates that the retirement account is being maintained for a beneficiary, not the original owner.
