Is there a place to put legal fees from a SSA-1099?

there are legal fees included in the Net benefits box 5 on this SSA-1099. I cannot find a place to enter this in turbo tax, should there be a deduction for this?

No, these would be miscellaneous itemized deductions that were suspended by the IRS until after 2025.

have legal guardianship of non-relative and have legal documentation reflecting that. The child was not placed into my care by the court system though. Can I claim the EITC?
