My daughter received Hazelwood dependent money for college. It's listed in box 5 on 1098T. Turbo tax question asks Does any scholarship amount from Box 5 include: GI Bill benefits or Veterans benefits?

No, even though this benefit is for veterans and their survivors, it is not administered by the VA so it does not count as veterans benefits.

I usually claim my gf as a dependent on fed taxes. This year (2024) she was awarded SSDI benefits. If claim her on my 2023 taxes can this cause an issue with her SSDI?
