Is anyone else having issues trying to enter SSA-1099 income - constant loop here

I would suggest you check your internet connection.  Try to log out and sign back in the program.  If it does not work,  clear your cache before signing back into the program.

To revisit the social security section, in TurboTax online, here are the steps:

• After sign in, select Pick up where you left off
• In the Search box, at the right upper corner, type in SSA-1099, then Enter 
• Select Jump to SSA-1099
• Follow prompts

Ended up going over to my daughter’s and using her PC.  No matter what I tried on my iPhone I could not get a pop up spot to enter SSA income.
