Is a social security check I got of $400 of what social security said they owed my grandmother taxable? do I claim it? If so what do I claim it under?

The check was paid to someone and that person reports it on their return. In January an SSA-1099 is issued to that person and it may be taxable on that person's return.

I haven't received the refund yet. I could get $67 from the Federal and $620 from the State. However, the TurboTax cannot find my status file. What Should I do?
