IRA rollovers

Hope you can help. In 2024 we rolled over 2 traditional IRAs and 2 Roth IRAs . We also took our RMDs from a different bank. How do I show all 4 rollovers and our RMDs. Note: I'm not using TurboTax just filling out paper forms. Thanks 🆑

You do not have to report that you took RMDs on the tax return, only if you did not take them you have to report the penalty.  You must report the rollovers on the 1040s if they are required to be reported (based on the codes on the 1099R).
