Importing 1099-B data from Merrill

I am not being presented with any option to import 1099-B data directly from Merrill. (The only options are to import from accounting software or TXF files.) I see others are attempting to import but this option is not coming up for me. Why would this be?

Can you clarify if you are using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?
