I sent in my tax forms but did not send copies of the 1099-R. What do I do now?"

If you efile, there is no need to include the forms. If you mailed it in, then yes, you should have included the form. The IRS, however will have received a copy of the form. If you get a notice from them, you can send it attached to the notice.
