If you are asking whether to not report spousal support payments you received, then the answer is yes, they are taxable income.  If you are asking whether filing a 1040-EZ form that doesn't include those payments is OK, the answer is no.  If you do not want to pay for a version of TurboTax that handles those payments, you can always look to another vendor or fill out the paper or PDF forms yourself and mail them the old fashioned way.
