FINANCIAL COMPANY GAVE ME 1099R WITH MULTIPLE FUNDS SEPERATED INDIVIDUALLY. HOW DO I ENTER IT

I rolled over a retirement plan and the financial institution separated out each individual account on the one 1099r form.  can I combine the values in each individual box or do I need to input multiple 1099r forms

If the box 7 code is exactly the same on all of them then they could be combined.

If box 7 distribution code is different each one needs to be entered separately then.
