If my spouse is not covered by a retirement plan and I am and we are filing jointly shouldn't the MAGI limit be higher than 123,000?

Turbotax is saying I can deduct my IRA contributions because we are over the MAGI limit of $123,000. But the IRS form says if your spouse is not covered by a retirement plan the limit is >193,000
