If my husband is on disability and receives social security and Medicare at the age of 52 does he qualify for EITC - Disability and the Earned Income Tax Credit?

Eligibility for EIC depends on several factors.   Sometimes disability is reported on a W-2 and he might qualify----but if you are filing a joint return it is also going to depend on the total amount of income the two of you are receiving, including your income.   And....if you file MFS, you are never eligible for EIC.
