If your 1099-R was auto-imported by TurboTax but shows $0, you can manually edit and correct the amount. Here's how:

 

Steps to Edit Your 1099-R in TurboTax

1. Sign into TurboTax and open your return.
2. Use the Magnifying Glass:
   1. Go to the magnifying glass search box.
   2. Type 1099-R.
   3. Click the Jump to link that appears.
3. Edit the 1099-R:
   1. Find the 1099-R you need to edit.
   2. Click the pencil icon next to the 1099-R you would like to edit.
   3. Enter the correct amounts from your 1099-R form, including gross distribution, taxable amount, and distribution codes
