Last year I transferred my 401K balance from a previous employer to managed IRA. I did not take any of the funds out it was just a transfer.

I just want to make sure that I don't have to report this in anyway.  I did not take any funds out and I have not added to the new IRA account.

If it was a direct custodian to custodian transfer you don't get a 1099-R and you don't report it. Otherwise, you should have received a 1099-R reporting the transfer and you must report that. If you got a 1099-R do not fail to report it.

Only an IRA-to-IRA trustee-to-trustee transfer is a nonreportable transfer.  This is 401(k)-to-IRA and the 401(k) *is* required to issue a Form 1099-R.
