If I received 2Qty 1099's from the same company do I combine the amounts in the Turbo tax software or do I make 2Qty 1099 summarys?

Not sure what you mean by 2QTY summaries.  The key thing is to not duplicate the same income.  If the summaries have the same income on them, only use one.  If the income is different on each, you can combine them into one and put all the income on one.
