If I owe state and I e-filed do I have to include a copy of my W-2s and 1099’s when sending in my check payment for state taxes owed?

No, you do not. All you need to send in is the payment voucher along with your payment.

You do not need to mail anything unless we tell you to. The goal of e-filing is to eliminate as much paperwork as possible.
