If I'm 100% disabled / retired, where do I enter this information

There isn't a special place to enter that a person is disabled (except if your are blind). You can enter that your are retired as your occupation,  in the My Info section.

You may see questions that ask if you are disabled. Answer that you are disabled in the section you see it. Some states have special tax benefits in their tax laws for the disabled.  If this is the case, the question would be asked as you're going through the state interview in TurboTax.
