You do not enter a dependent child's Social Security benefits on your tax return.  If the dependent has no other income they do not report the benefits received on a tax return.

I just want to make sure I understand correctly since the only income he gets is social security I do not include that he gets social security on my taxes correct?

Correct.  You do Not enter his Social Security benefits on your tax return.  The SSA-1099 received for his benefits will have his Social Security number assigned on the form.
