If I forgot to file one of my 1099's from 2019, do I add it to 2020 when I file?

2019 income = 2019 return. You have to amend 2019

Thank you. This was very helpful. Do I have to amend my 2019 return before filing 2020 or may I go ahead and file 2020?

Also, will I need to purchase 2019 Turbo Tax product in order to amend my 2019 tax return?  I am not able to locate 2019 taxes when I log into Turbo Tax.

1. Not necessarily. If nothing from the amended 2019 return impacts 2020, you can go ahead and file 2020. 
2. Not necessarily. You should only be charged for the difference between the level you already paid for and TurboTax Self-Employed if you have not already purchased TurboTax Self-Employed and want to offset Form 1099-NEC with expenses.

3. When logged in to TurboTax Online, the program opens to Tax Home. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and select 2019 to find your 2019 taxes.
