Health insurance premiums paid are not an expense reported on a Schedule C.  The premiums paid are entered on Form 1040 Line 29 as Self-employed health insurance deduction, an Adjustment to Income.

Health insurance premiums for employees that you have on payroll are the only direct expense on the Sch C.
