I withdrew my 401k after 59&1/2 why am I pay 10%?

Check your date of birth under My Info.  And if you are married be sure the 1099R is assigned to the right spouse.  Is your spouse younger?

What code is in box 7 on your 1099-R?      Did you turn 59 1/2 in 2020?
