I was divorced in 2016. As a result, I received 1/2 of my spouses retirement totaling 375,000 that was rolled over into an IRA. Do I report it?

First of all, it is not taxable.  If you received a 1099-R, you should enter it exactly as it is on the form.  You should also make sure you answer the questions after entering the 1099 to indicate what you did with the money.  See the screen shots below.
