I took the 0 out of box 12 state tax withheld. This did not fix my problem. I really want to e-file. Until this is fixed I can't do that. Please HELP!!!

Box 12? On what form? Box 12 on the W-2 is for special codes. State tax withheld is in box 17.

You should stick with one post. You must have a 1099R not a W2.
