I took a IRA distribution March 2017 in state MO. I then moved to state CO in July 2017. Which state do I need to report the IRA distribution? My 1099-R shows CO.

Retirement income is taxable by your state of legal residence at the time you receive it. If you were a resident of MO when you received it, it is taxable by MO.
