I rolled over my funds from my Thrift Savings Plan, into a Traditional IRA, do I need to file this with my Federal Taxes?

I'm currently working to complete my Turbo Tax, but was wondering if that "rolled over" funds from my Thrift Savings Plan into a Traditional IRA is required to be inputted as part of my Federal Taxes?

If you got a 1099R for it you need to enter it.  What code is in box 7?  Is it a G?

Enter a 1099R under
Federal Taxes
Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start

Don't type the bank name or try to import it.
At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form
Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself
