I paid for TurboTax on 11/3/2022 through autoenrollment but I have not received any code (as of 12/16/2022). Can this community help me?

To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.

I was able to login, but the only file available to download was 2020.  I paid for 2022 tax year software on 11/3/2022 and it is not there.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
