I'm trying to validate line 16 on the 1040. How do I find where I entered 1099 fed income tax withheld? Thank you!

Federal withholding comes from W2 box 2 and any 1099 box 4. Is line 16 too much? Did you make any estimated payments that got on line 16 instead of line 17?

It might be from 1099R box 4. That is entered at

Federal Taxes on the left side

Wages & Income at the top

Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security,

Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099R) - click Start or Revisit

I paid using my debit card which is not a jointly-held account, it is only in my name, but TT entered my husband's name for my card. Is this going to be a problem?
