When you transferred your return from a prior year, did you transfer your joint return? It will have all your former husbands information included. You will have to start from scratch with a new user name. be sure to make a note of it so you don't use the old one again and be directed to that file.

Print your 2019 return to have on hand in case you need information from it.

You will need to enter your Social Security Number as the primary taxpayer and re-enter any dependent information. You may find that with only one income, you are eligible for certain benefits that were denied previously.
