I'm 65 but don't take social security so I pay 402 per month for medicare. Where do I report that expense?

You would enter them as medical expenses, as medical insurance premiums, if you're not covered under Social Security (nor a government employee who paid Medicare tax) and you voluntarily enrolled in Medicare A.
