Is there some reason you are using Premier? TT shows that 1099-R is supported by both the Free edition and the Deluxe edition.

One thing that people forget about is that ANY 1099-B/8949 entries from stock/mutual fund sales or bond sales or redemptions...those immediately require Premier. Even one "simple" stock sale can do it.
