I have just put the final touch on my 1040 but the apps is asking for 'a 1099-R. my W2 wages are 155,568.78. I never listed any income for 1099R. What is the problem?

I have tried everything but it keeps saying missing info on 1099R.  I have not had a 1099R since Katrina Hurricane.

See if there is a Form 1099-R listed in your return which may have been transferred from a prior year tax return.

If there is a 1099-R listed then delete the form

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
