Here are the steps to enter the 1099-R in TurboTax Online:

Sign into your Online account
Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return."
Go to Federal Taxes
Next click on Wages and Income
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Next click on 401(k), IRA, Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click on the start of update button
