I filed a 1099 with Intuit’s e-file service. I need to correct the amount of compensation I listed. How do I do this?

It was a 1099-NEC.  All information is correct except for the compensation amount. I see no way to amend the existing 1099 or file a corrected one.

A 1099NEC for someone you paid?  To file a corrected 1099, use the IRS website forms and instructions for corrections.
