I entered a 1099-NEC for gig work. It shows up as $0 on income summary. How do I get the amount to show up?

First, make sure you did enter the income in box 1 if you chose to enter the 1099-NEC form.  If you decide to enter the income directly, then delete the 1099-NEC so it is not duplicated.

If you want to can directly enter the income in your self employment section without entering the 1099-NEC.  The form entry is a convenience but not required because the IRS already has copy.
