I don't have a 1099r why does it keep asking for one.

I would suggest you to simply remove it from the program. You have possibly entered one from last year's filing.

To delete a form in the TurboTax online version:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form
Select Delete next to Form 1099-R and Continue with My Return to proceed
